Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Holidays may result in postal service problems that are outside of my control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

I offer two different options for Domestic Shipping, Standard Shipping or Priority Mail Shipping. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive and costs $4. Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days to arrive and costs $8. Order $75+ ship for free.

International Shipping

International Shipping cost varies depending on how heavy your package is and which country you live in. Typically international shipping ranges from $15-$40.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Paige Payne Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Processing time is 7-10 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you selected a shipping option with tracking, the email which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at paigepaynecreations@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

I do NOT process cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time. This is largely due to the fact that I offer a large range of products, and print many orders on demand.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at paigepaynecreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
