'Son Of My Heart' 5x7 original painting

An original painting sized 5x7 inches titled 'Son Of My Heart'. 

Joseph and His baby boy. This piece depicts Joseph holding Christ, swaddled in a blanket covered in stars, an ode to the star that shined down on them when He was first born. I often think about Joseph and Jesus. I imagine that they had a special relationship. I know that it was not just Mary who was chosen, but Joseph as well. A very special man to raise the Savior of the world. An adoptive father, devoted husband, and a man full of faith. Little did Joseph know how much this little boy would change his life, and all of our lives. I had many adoptive parents reach out to me telling me how much Joseph meant to them. One of the suggestions for a title was 'Son Of My Heart', and it just felt perfect.
