An original painting sized 5x7 inches titled 'Laid Down His Sweet Head'. 

I've never found a picture of baby Jesus that I connected with deeply, so I decided this collection needed to have one. And when I finished painting Him, I thought 'Yes, that's Him! That's who I know'. A halo of forget me not flowers - a plea to remember Christ not only at Christmas, but always. And olive leaves to symbolize what He would do for us in Gethsemane, many years from this moment. Behind Him is depicted a grey arch, symbolic of both the manger, and the tomb from which He would eventually rise again. This is baby Jesus to me.
